“Eat Up Your Beets" - originally acrylic on canvas. Unique paper collage technique with torn paper & under fine layers of paper fibers gives the art a rustic feel. It was commissioned as one of six paintings to adorn the walls of a delicatessen in Traverse City, Michigan.
